Founded in 2002, David Andrews Homes Ltd are the Premier agents for Sales and Lettings in M16. "If you love properties as I do" says proprietor David Gaster "then Whalley Range, Old Trafford and Firswood have something for everyone".

Add to that the excellent facilities, transport network and, above all, sense of community, then M16 is the place to be!

We are the local experts - David has worked in the area since 1999, our Lettings Specialist, Sam Taher, moved to Whalley Range in 2004 and David's son, Owen, joined the company after university in 2019 and has since bought an apartment in Whalley Range.

We do, of course, offer our unique services to customers in the surrounding areas, but we make no bones about it, We love M16!
